Thursday Nov. 1st we have 1100 reserved tickets to the Dr Hill Post convention event in Gilbert, AZ. It will be amazing. The tickets are worth gold and we look forward to seeing everyone there.
Thank you for your patience with the relaunch. My move is almost done and it will be good to be settled in and have my oil sharing tools at my fingertips again. Everyday brings new adventures and new opportunities to share wellness and healing with those around us. When we know what these oils can do, we can’t help but share. Love this journey!

True success – topic near to her heart
You can have everything and still be miserable.
If life is out of balance, we must do something to change it.
Don’t work for the wrong definition of success.
True success is not what many people think it is is. It is happiness and it cannot come from sacrificing what matters most. It’s important to find the balance in our lives.
1. Put first things first…
Rocks and sand into a jar. Put the big rocks in first to make it all fit. If we are spending our time with the little stuff, we are putting the sand in first and there is no room for the big things.
2. Remember the Journey IS the Destination… Story of a village in Ghana. The village was destitute, had nothing but the hope that when they sent one of their young people out into the world, that they would bring back something to save them. They were discouraged when all he brought back were 3 seeds. But the young man was not discouraged. And cocoa is now the largest crop in the region. Did the villagersr expect him to bring back houses and food? We can’t expect to have the destination delivered. The lessons come in the journey. We must plant seeds.
3. Your Balanced is Your Balanced. It’s different for everyone.
We have expectations of ourselves but sometimes we get scared and it keeps us from taking the action to succeed.
4. True Success is ALWAYS Attainable

This is the info: Have Employees Set Top 5 Priorities. And then focus on the first thing first. It created such a different result that the man was paid a thousand dollars a minute for the time he shared.

Everybody is at a different stage of life. But remember, when you are “called” to do something, it is seldom convenient!

Being in business is not a hobby, it is a way of life. What results do you want to achieve??
People will watch you to determine if doTERRA is just a hobby.
Fear will ofter step up to stop us in our path. Get off the fence!
You cannot get 100% of what you want if you are only putting 50% into it.
There are many pathways to using the oils.
Let people be just product users if that is what they want. But keep educating.
1. Those that want their oils paid for
2. Those that want to supplement their income
3. Those that want to replace their income
Be clear about what you want to do. Each one requires certain sacrifices.
Stop treating it as a hobby. Hobby projects often get started but not finished. Craft Room becomes the crap room.
Treat it as a business. Work the business. The key to success is to model success for your people. Be enrolling as a model to show people how to do it. Do what you want your people to accomplish… If you want your team to be enrolling, you must enroll.
This is a business of doing…. Go and do!
Growing Through Continuing Education – Dani Smith
Start with a Basic Class (Rip Pad) But it is important to have continuing education as well as classes on other topics. This can help bring back people that have been before and maybe haven’t been back since.
Locally in Mesa, AZ – There is a IPC Training Center. This is great to be able to bring people to.
On Tuesdays – There is an 8 week course with Student Class Guides as well as a set of Teacher Manuals.
1st and 3rd Wednesdays is a Getting Started Class
Every Thursday is a Intro to Essential Oils Class
Sign Off Cards for Tuesday Classes – Can help incentive people going to class.
They need to go to all 8 classes and 8 business courses. Upline to work with new IPC to determine incentive
